Here is a shot at helping, from what I can understand of your description: It appears to be that the library was licensed by NI to be used in Kontakt, so it can't be loaded just by clicking on an.nki file; you have to add it to the Libraries browser (the column on the left-hand side where the 'wallpaper' images for the libraries appear. If adding to the libraries file doesn't work, update the Libraries cache in Kontakt, then go through the steps to load it in the browser again. (This has worked for me before.) A failure of the library to be added to the browser could also be due to a conflict between the library's index number in the.nicnt file with another library's (having the same number).
